BLACKWOOD VALLEY RETREATS

The Brotherhood Retreat

Five days, deep in the wild woodland of Blackwood Valley. No crowds, no noise, no egos. Just a small gathering of like-minded men sharing deep conversations and experiences that strip away the bullshit and reconnect you to nature.

This is a return to primitive existence set amongst hundreds of acres of wilderness. Come together with like-minded men standing beside you on untamed land where the noise falls away, and you remember what your body and mind are actually built for.

MOVE ON NATURE’S TERMS

Mornings belong to the forest. Rise with the sun. Strong coffee and breakfast by the fire. Quiet if you want it, or low conversation while the mist clears. No rush, no screens. Journaling if it suits you, or just sitting in the peace, letting thoughts settle as the morning evolves.

Then we move. Gentle trekking through the ancient woodlands at a pace that evokes profound conversation and the chance to explore the wilderness that surrounds the retreat.

Afternoons pick up pace. Paddle canoes down the river, cast lines for fresh catch to bring back and cook, or plunge into cold water and shock the system like a full-body reset that reminds you you're alive.

As the day progresses, we'll head back to camp where you'll swing axes, split wood, learn butchery, work with knives and tools, or sharpen whatever skills the group wants to drill.

CONVERSATIONS, NOT COACHING!

Evenings wind down slow: long tables under the stars, plates loaded with food cooked over an open fire, a beer or two while conversations are swapped within the brotherhood shoulder-to-shoulder around the fire pit. This is where the real connection happens.

Sure, the days are packed with action - but the real weight isn't in the itinerary. It's in the spaces between when egos dissolve, and honest conversations start. The quiet nods of approval when a brother opens up, the no-judgment listening, the balls to speak their truth. That's where the shift happens. The simple fact of being around men who don’t flinch or perform and cut through the silence. That's where men remember who they are and define their true purpose.

No coaching. No workshops. Just unfiltered conversations between brothers who get it.

DOWNTIME IS YOUR OWN.

Enjoyed far away from digital distractions, the options are plentiful:

  • Throw axes and knives

  • Run the slackline

  • Shoot guns or bows

  • Play pétanque

  • Take an ATV or 4x4 out on the trails.

Join in or go off solo. Group participation is encouraged but not enforced. No pressure, no forced group hugs.

This isn’t a day spa with robes and yoga. It's a return to basics: fire, forest, food, and straight talk fellowship with Men who get it. You step in with whatever weight you’re carrying and leave less burdened, stronger, clearer, and more focused on what matters.

FIVE DAYS THAT REMIND YOU WHO YOU ARE.

If that speaks to you, take your spot now.
